Refunds & Returns
Whilst we are confident you will be pleased with your purchases from Clean Supplements we know there may be times when returns are necessary.
Damages or Faults
If any items are damaged in transit or are faulty upon arrival please report this to us as soon as possible by emailing sales@cleansupplements.uk and include any photos of the damage. If necessary we will provide a free label to return the goods and once returned we can either arrange to replace the product or issue a refund.
Changed Your Mind?
If you have changed your mind about the suitability of a product for you and you wish to return it please inform us of this within 30 days. You can then return the unwanted item to us (at your own expense). Once the item has been received at our premesis we will issue a refund for the product (minus any original shippin costs).
